A. Research Work
1. "Fostering the Transition in Achoiland: From War to Peace and from camps to home" - Launched 26th February 2002; The report recommends among other things government and IGOs/NGOs need to guarantee the right to voluntary return, in safety and dignity by provding an enabling environment for return, particularly in accordance with the National IDP Policy, and hence must avoid doing anything, intentionally or unintentionally that may hinder or bias people. The IDPs should lead the process and determine how they shall return and we should be accountable to them.
